Job summary

The Eagle at Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking experienced support team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Roles include bar backs, hosts, food runners and server assistants, with movement and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones and make reservations.
• Assist with carry out operations.
• Support service team with clearing, cleaning and resetting of tables.
• Support bar team with bar prep, stocking the bar and cleaning glassware.
• Handle guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and a safe environment for guests and team.
