Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking service team members in Cincinnati to elevate the guest experience with attention to detail and a positive attitude. You will move, bend, lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds, supporting the team during high-volume service with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and team.
• Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Frequently works on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience in line with Thunderdome standards.
• Assist teammates to ensure smooth service flow and quality.
• Follow written and oral instructions to support operations.
