The Eagle, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our beer hall concept. The role emphasizes knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, professional appearance, and safe, efficient service.

This position involves continuous movement, up to 50 pounds, and requires following standard recipes and responsible alcohol service practices. Great opportunity to grow with a expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and guest requests professionally.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized bar area.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and proper dating/labeling of beverage items.
