Job summary

Brett/Robinson Gulf Corporation is seeking a Guest Care Lead to provide courteous, professional service to guests and owners. You will assist with check-in/check-out and address concerns while maintaining exemplary standards in a dynamic environment.

Lead Service Desk activities, guide associates on guest interactions, and escalate issues to the Guest Care Manager when needed. Strong communication and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Represent guests and owners with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on policies, building amenities, and local area attractions.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead for Service Desk during shifts.
• Guide associates on guest interactions and operational questions.
• Escalate to Guest Care Manager as needed.
• Enter and maintain reservation and guest data in required systems.
• Monitor desk activity and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with Sundries/Shore Shoppe responsibilities.
