Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching sessions, including one-on-ones, and provide training to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with uniforms, attendance, schedules, and company policies.
• Manage payroll accuracy and schedule approvals; reconcile timesheets and overtime.
• Lead weekly briefs and build building forecasts to plan staffing across portfolios.
• Conduct unit inspections, oversee seasonal cleans, and ensure photo-ready units meet standards.
• Resolve guest/owner complaints related to housekeeping and communicate issues to management.
• Monitor inventory and upkeep of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment across portfolios.
• Support orientation and training for new hires and recommend process improvements.
