Job summary

URBN, a garden-to-table restaurant group featuring Terrain, Anthropologie, Free People, and Urban Outfitters, is seeking a Service Assistant. You will help deliver food and beverages, support guests, and keep the dining room clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a passion for details, strong communication skills, and availability may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Polished appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with knowledge of menu details.
• Assist guests and relay questions or concerns to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packing takeout orders.
• Maintain dining room and service areas clean and organized.
• Memorize table numbers to aid in efficient service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns to team leads.
• Assist front-of-house staff during high-volume periods.
