Job summary

Restaura, part of the Phoenix3 Collective, is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive, courteous service. You will take orders accurately, serve meals and beverages promptly, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure guest satisfaction in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, contributing to hospitality and guest care.

Qualifications

• Previous server or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and describe items and specials.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean dining areas and side stations.
• Balance cash transactions and process payments at shift end.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support teammates with setup, clearing, and restocking as needed.
