Job summary

Restaura, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is seeking a server to deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive, courteous service. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

Ideal candidates bring guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous server or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards a plus.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and describe items and specials.
• Take accurate orders and enter into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company standards.
• Process payments and balance checks at end of shift.
• Support teammates with setup, clearing, and restocking as needed.
• Uphold company values of hospitality, teamwork, and guest care.
