Job summary

Park City Roadhouse is seeking a friendly server to deliver warm, attentive service and ensure guests feel welcome from entry to departure.

In this role you will coordinate with restaurant and kitchen staff, take orders with the Aloha POS, and upsell menu items and specials. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays and follow liquor-law compliance. Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and employees.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must work day/evening shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts of restaurant and kitchen teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare dining tables according to location setup.
• Engage with guests to make them feel welcome and attended to.
• Follow the service sequence for a smooth guest experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell menu items and daily specials.
• Process guest orders using the Aloha POS to ensure timely preparation.
• Observe diners and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
