Job summary

Park City Roadhouse is seeking a friendly, attentive host to set the tone of the dining experience. You will greet guests, manage seating, answer phones, and coordinate to-go orders with accuracy. The ideal candidate respects liquor laws, works well in a fast-paced team, and maintains a clean front desk.

• Knowledge of liquor laws and compliance.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work all days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Strong organization and multi-tasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Takes pride in the host desk by keeping it organized and clean.
• Maintains and coordinates all activities at the host desk.
• Greets customers and manages seating to optimize flow.
• Answers the restaurant phone within 3 rings and assists guests.
• Takes and assembles to-go orders with 100% accuracy.
• Ensures front desk communications and liquor directions are followed.
• Maintains retail and to-go beer areas and keeps menus clean.
• Supports team and managers on duty as needed.
