Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on current food and drink menu.
• Take reservations and guide guests to tables; present menus and suggest items.
• Deliver items, replenish needs, and assist with desserts and coffee.
• Use a tray for serving and handling tableware.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Process credit card payments.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed.
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with events.
• Greet guests warmly upon entry and maintain grooming standards.
• Understand and communicate Garden events and services to guests.
