Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking friendly servers to guide guests through food, wine, and our Wine Club with confident, warm service. You’ll craft memorable experiences, not just take orders, and contribute to a lively, guest-centered atmosphere.

This role offers $9.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and flexible scheduling. Applicants should be 21+, with six months server experience and the ability to lift 40 pounds and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have six months of server experience.
• Experience in full-service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must lift 40 pounds and stand up to 10 hours.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow legal guidelines for alcohol service.
• Support guest experience and team operations.
• Communicate clearly with Kitchen, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, and Managers.
• Welcome guests by name and educate about the Wine Club.
