Responsibilities

• Direct the guest journey from first sip to final bite.
• Provide fast, friendly, and thoughtful service to make guests feel welcome.
• Explain ingredients, sourcing, allergens, and menu to guide guest selections.
• Execute opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage service proactively.
• Mark, clear, and reset tables in rhythm with the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized space in guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with the team.
• Stay ahead of rush by prepping stations and staying organized.
• Collaborate with management to resolve guest feedback.
• Operate POS accurately and process orders and payments efficiently.
• Present yourself professionally, follow dress code at every shift.
