Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage and menu items.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts.
• Punctual, reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Curate the vibe and guide each guest's journey from first sip to final bite.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and thoughtful service that makes guests feel like regulars from day one.
• Speak fluently about ingredients, sourcing, allergens, menu and preparation to guide guest selections.
• Execute opening and closing duties to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs without interrupting their flow.
• Maintain a crisp, clean, clutter-free guest-facing area and back-of-house spaces.
• Communicate professionally with all team members and partner with management to resolve issues.
• Navigate the POS and ensure accurate billing to close the guest experience on a high note.
• Show up with a sharp appearance and follow dress code for every shift.
