Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• TIPS certification, or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by anticipating their needs while introducing them to all food and beverage programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work-stations.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned to contribute to an organized, well-prepared environment.
• Maintain a strong food and beverage knowledge base to provide the best guest service.
• Manage timing throughout the shift to ensure quality guest experience.
• Ensure each table is maintained during the dining experience.
• Close the guest experience by handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
