The Hestan Napa team in Napa, CA is seeking a warm, professional Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the dining table, in the showroom, and within the wine department. You will recommend our kitchen equipment and culinary wares, master beverage service with wine, and ensure accurate orders via Toast and Shopify.

This role requires standing for hours, staying composed under pressure, and meeting ABC and California Food Handlers requirements.

Formación

• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) and basic math.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-quality dinner house environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the dining table, showroom, and wine department.
• Know and answer questions about menu, beverages, and culinary wares; make recommendations.
• Serve wine properly, including opening, decanting, and pouring; manage pacing of guest experiences.
• Process orders through Toast POS and Shopify POS for transactions.
