Job summary

Responsibilities

• Functions as bartender at events.
• Uses CIA bar recipes for items served from the bar.
• Maintain beverage knowledge for guest service.
• Balance station timing to ensure quality guest experience.
• Inventory and order bar supplies; rotate stock.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Complete setup and side work to stay prepared.
• Maintain each table during service.
• Other duties as assigned.
