Job summary

As a front-of-house ambassador, you will handle orders, payments, and coordination with kitchen and bar staff, while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering memorable service in fast-paced environments is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, guiding them through the menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders with menu guidance.
• Know dietary restrictions and allergens; communicate them clearly.
• Deliver orders efficiently across service areas.
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
• Coordinate with other servers for balanced coverage.
• Support team during peak periods and various zones.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper bussing, clearing, and surface care.
• Execute opening/closing duties and assist with events as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Stay informed about daily features and menu changes.
• Adhere to food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
