Job summary

Tupelo Honey Cafe in Denver is hiring hospitality team members to join a warm, customer-focused dining team. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience by delivering friendly service, assisting with dining room setup, and supporting servers during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience optional but helpful
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate and understand guests' predominant language(s)
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items up to 40–50 pounds
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Treat all guests as valued and welcome them warmly
• Follow management directives throughout shift
• Maintain a clean, efficient dining area and support servers with guest inquiries
• Prepare and steady dining areas, restrooms, and service stations to a high standard
• Communicate guest requests to servers and hostess to ensure smooth seating and service
• Deliver food and keep beverages stocked during service
• Greet guests, thank them as they leave, and uphold brand standards
