The Moorings at Lewes, part of Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., is seeking Servers to join our dining team. You will take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in a senior living setting.

Candidates should have prior serving experience, knowledge of menus and allergens, and the ability to handle cash while upholding sanitation standards. This role offers growth and a friendly team environment.

• Knowledge of menu items and allergens.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following service steps.
• Deliver meals promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy.
• Advise guests on menu items, combos and dietary needs; accommodate requests.
• Communicate with back-of-house to ensure orders are correct.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with staff and guests.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and protect confidentiality.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas; support events as needed.
• Operate equipment (coffee machines, beverage dispensers) as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
