Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness; store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies; maintain records as required.
• Follow HACCP standards and ensure proper serving temperatures and portion control.
