Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to guests
• Greet, seat, take orders, and process remittance as needed
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and staff
• Follow Service Guidelines to ensure high quality experience
• Handle guest complaints professionally and invite return visits
• Memorize IHOP terminology, abbreviations, and menu knowledge
• Adhere to SOPs for guest checks and banking procedures
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Clear and reset tables and clean dining areas after guests depart
• Perform cleaning duties as per posted charts
• Maintain IHOP uniform and appearance standards
• Assist General Manager or supervisors as needed
• Participate in IHOP N Go program as assigned
