Job summary

Avion Hospitality in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Server to take and serve food and beverage orders, prepare checks, and handle payments with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required by state regulations.
• Food Handlers certification required by state regulations.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to guests in a warm, courteous manner.
• Operate the POS system and cashier closing procedures.
• Ensure tables are stocked, clean and reset.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Understand menu items and specials.
• Escort guests to tables and maintain service flow.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side work.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant organization and staff roles.
