Job summary

Castle Hot Springs seeks a courteous Food & Beverage professional for a PM shift starting as early as 2:30 pm. You will serve guests, cover host and food runner duties as needed, and uphold impeccable grooming standards while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include adhering to service etiquette, knowledge of liquor laws, and coordination with the kitchen and management to ensure timely service. Prior beverage and service experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required.
• Good physical condition to stand and lift.
• Desire to provide excellent guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with guests and staff.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance per standards.
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service etiquette standards throughout dining experiences.
• Know liquor laws and company alcohol policies.
• Service a five-table station during peak times.
• Operate Micros POS and process checks efficiently.
• Assist teammates with questions while managing your own station.
• Know menu items, ingredients, prep, condiments, and allergies.
• Take orders accurately and expedite when ready, monitor ticket times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff.
• Complete end of service procedures and closing paperwork.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.
