Qualifications

• Experience as server in a full service restaurant or comparable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a minimum 3 day availability, including evenings and weekends, as necessary with fluctuation levels of diners.
• Must be familiar with, adhere to, and be willing to enforce all liquor-serving laws.
• Adaptable, dependable and detail oriented.
• Capable of diplomatically resolving any customer dissatisfaction.
• Must be a self-starter and work effectively as part of a team, helping others if needed.
• Must display positive attitude in managing interactions with others inside and outside the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting and seating guests upon arrival.
• Conduct all service with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
• Follow all company standards of service; comply with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensure guests are legal to purchase alcohol by verifying proper I.D.
• Monitor alcohol service and guest consumption and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Be fully knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings.
• Proper care and handling of server bank; collect funds owed by customers; reconcile monies with the POS and close Z.
• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas; date, stock, and rotate products; assist with opening/closing procedures; secure facility; perform cleaning as needed.
