Job summary

NexDine is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador/Server for Plano, TX. Part-time and full-time roles offer weekly pay with direct deposit and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include leading food/service delivery, communicating menus, and ensuring residents receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining setup, cleanliness, and high-quality service. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cascade a spirit of hospitality in all dealings with residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages to residents.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with all aspects of service.
• Stock service areas with supplies and assist with setup/breakdown of meals.
• Perform cleaning duties and assist culinary staff as needed.
