Job summary

Noble-House-Hotels- is seeking a friendly dining room server to greet guests as they are seated, present menus, and guide dessert highlights. You will take accurate orders using the micros system and respond to guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.

You will ensure meals are delivered promptly, manage beverage orders with the bar, and help with side work, setup, and bussing. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and strong guest-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner once seated.
• Give a menu and dessert presentation at each table, including highlights and theme of the menu.
• Take accurate orders and enter them using the micros system.
• Answer guest questions regarding food items, beverages, promotions, etc.
• Ensure meals are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Provide service throughout the dining experience and handle final tabs.
• Open bottled wine and assist with to-go orders as needed.
• Bus and set tables, assist other staff, and complete side work.
• Resolve guest complaints when necessary.
