KYU in Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our dining team. You will greet guests, present menu recommendations, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide smooth service, process payments, and uphold KYU’s standards. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Server or guest-facing role.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including specials and recommendations.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.
• Monitor and manage multiple tables, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining area and service station.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Uphold KYU’s service standards and values, creating a memorable guest experience.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for service.
