KYU is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bussers/Runners to support the front-of-house by clearing and resetting tables and delivering food and beverages. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude, good communication, and reliability are valued. This is a full-time role located in Los Angeles, CA, offering opportunities to grow with our dining team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware for new guests.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner .
• Refill water glasses and assist with any special requests from guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory of dining essentials.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle any guest requests or issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as needed.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed.
