Job summary

Anticipated shifts in the summer run between 10:30am and sunset, with duties spanning from taking orders to upselling and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Luxury hotel environment experience is a plus.
• Able to engage guests with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and timely.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately and communicate requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide beverage/refill services.
• Promote menu items and seasonal specials to guests.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and adhere to service sequences.
