Job summary

Montage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Server for Pendry, a luxury property within the Montage brand. You will deliver authentic, personalized experiences, assist guests with menu choices, and help maintain a seamless dining service in a vibrant, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, and proactively ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding high standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Prior micros or other systems experience is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and refill drinks, clear plates, and offer desserts or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
