Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach is seeking a Server dedicated to delivering exceptional food and beverage service with hospitality flair. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume setting.

You'll collaborate with teammates and kitchen staff, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and adapt to varied shifts, including evenings and holidays. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and Micros POS knowledge is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and dietary restrictions.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and exceptional food and beverage service.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately with good presentation.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Refill drinks, clear plates, and reset tables to maintain a clean dining area.
• Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Adhere to schedules, dress code, and attendance guidelines.
• Perform opening side work and set up station; attend trainings and meetings.
