Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a Server to deliver professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service. You will greet guests, accurately take and deliver orders, offer menu recommendations, and ensure every guest's needs are met throughout their visit.

Servers must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service focus and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work as part of a team with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management for smooth operations.
