The Server role emphasizes menu expertise, personalized guest experiences, and teamwork to deliver prompt, friendly service. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in a high-volume setting, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Physical requirements: Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions about items and preparation.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by promptly and accurately taking orders, maintaining drinks, checking on guests, and keeping tables clear.
• Foster and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other staff members.
• Operate POS system and process credit/cash transactions.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and comply with regulations.
• Ensure food meets high standards with every plate in your section and others as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean dining environment.
