Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Server to deliver great food, drinks, and FUN to guests. You will greet guests, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Candidacy requires 18+ and alcohol certification; prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required. You’ll work days, nights, weekends, holidays with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.
