Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding food and beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. You will welcome guests, upsell menu items, and quickly attend to orders while maintaining a clean and compliant work area.

Responsibilities include recommending items, handling payments, and adhering to alcohol laws. Join a fun, fast-paced team with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guests' needs.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area and completing side work.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
