Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking team members to deliver a premier guest experience through friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will manage orders, operate the Micros system, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork.

Excellent communication with guests is essential, along with the ability to explain menu items and promotions. Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English in a lively, customer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests.
• Must demonstrate ability to operate Micros and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly service and create a warm, fun atmosphere.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately using Micros.
• Enter orders, ensure proper garnishing and delivery to tables.
• Handle cash and provide correct change at end of shift.
• Maintain sanitation and shop cleanliness; assist team members as needed.
