The Kitchen Bistro in Boulder is seeking a Server to deliver warm, relaxed hospitality and guide guests through the menu and beverages in a modern, rustic setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role pays $13.80 per hour plus tips, with full benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss menu details and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, serve food, and refill drinks; relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver warm, relaxed hospitality and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Discuss menu, specials, and dietary options with guests.
• Demonstrate strong organization to manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Support servers and staff; assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
