Job summary

110 Grill Wrentham is seeking servers for both full-time and part-time shifts. Nights and weekends are required; flexible scheduling is offered. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, knowing menu items and ingredients, and delivering polished service while maintaining a lively, friendly atmosphere.

Servers must be knowledgeable, engage guests, handle multiple tasks, and assist with seating, taking orders, and running food. Open and close side work duties are also required daily.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests within 30 seconds
• Knowledge of all menu items and ingredients, including allergy information
• Understand steps of service and maintain guest pace
• Be engaging, enthusiastic, and personable at tables
• Be a team player and help with side tasks and running tasks
• Explain concept of food and service to guests
• Complete opening and closing side work and reset/restock stations

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and host their dining experience
• Answer guest questions about menu, ingredients, and policies
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages
• Run food and restock wait stations; assist with seating and phone duties
