Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks a Casino Beverage Server to deliver prompt, attentive beverage service on the casino floor while promoting responsible practices.

You'll greet guests warmly, maintain clean service areas, assist fellow team members, and help ensure a safe, efficient environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel valued with every interaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary tray at all times for guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee and coordinate with the bartender.
  • Support the team and perform other duties as assigned, including weekend/evening shifts.

Be the friendly, welcoming presence on the casino floor keeping the energy high and beverage service flowing. As a Casino Beverage Server, you'll create memorable guest experiences by delivering prompt, attentive service while ensuring responsible beverage practices.

What you bring to the table
  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.
  • Keep beverage inventory and supplies well-stocked, restocking for the next shift to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary tray at all times for both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel valued with every interaction.
  • Stay alert to responsible alcohol service and communicate effectively with the bartender and team.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

  • Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
  • GED or HS Diploma preferred.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and self-motivated.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.

Just a heads-up-the casino environment may expose you to secondhand smoke.
