Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service to guests, aligning with brand and sustainability standards. You will take orders, process payments, and assist in various F&B tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest satisfaction scores, stocking stations, and helping with bartending and bussing during busy times. Prior F&B experience and POS proficiency are valued, with opportunities across shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
• Prepare guest check and, if appropriate, complete payment transactions.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
