Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bistro Server to provide courteous food and beverage service to guests while upholding brand standards and sustainability guidelines. You will set up stations, take orders, input payments, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks and light food, communicating dietary needs to the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Set up supplies, food, and beverages at the start of shift and maintain a stocked work area.
• Take orders, input orders, obtain payment and provide change.
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol when necessary.
• Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store food as needed.
• Perform bartending and bussing during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, secure cash per policy.
• Clean all equipment and areas and follow safety standards.
