Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Must be at least 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.

• ServSafe and/or food safety training is required.
• Alcohol awareness training such as TIPS is desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables per hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
