Job summary

Shaner Hotels seeks a guest-focused server for Playa Largo Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys. You will take orders, serve drinks and meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.

The role requires 21+ to serve alcohol, one year of public-facing experience, and strong communication with guests and staff. Training in ServSafe/TIPS is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of public-facing server experience.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Strong guest communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to guests.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining restaurant area and equipment.
• Coordinate with General Manager and department managers to ensure smooth operations.
