Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders and serves guests.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen and notes dietary requests.
• Maintains timely progression of meals with kitchen staff.
• Delivers orders and accompaniments to tables and surfaces.
• Handles payments and issues receipts to guests.
• Maintains clean, orderly tables and monitors guest needs.
• Complies with sanitation and safety policies.
