White Lodging is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food & beverage team in Austin. You will deliver high-quality service, engage guests with menu knowledge, and help create a warm, memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous server/FOH experience preferred; training provided.
• Outgoing personality with passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team player mindset.
• Ability to work in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
• Physical ability to stand/move quickly; weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from start to final check.
• Promote teamwork and a friendly hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
