Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to farewell.
• Explain menu items and promotions; upsell as appropriate.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system in proper sequence.
• Deliver orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Maintain table appearance and station cleanliness at all times.
• Follow age-verification and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Handle payments following established procedures.
• Complete opening, shift-change, closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed per supervisor request.
