Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is seeking a friendly Server to provide exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, explain the menu, upsell promotions, and input orders accurately into the POS system. Maintain station cleanliness and support the team throughout shifts.

Applicants should be able to read and write English, communicate well, multitask effectively, and have basic math skills. RAMP and/or TIPS certifications may be required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes RAMP and/or TIPS certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to Farewell.
• Explain menu choices, promotions, and answer questions.
• Upsell items and communicate specials or events.
• Take accurate orders, enter into POS, time service accordingly.
• Deliver food, ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean station and manage table appearance.
• Follow alcohol service policies and verify age when needed.
• Handle payments per established procedures.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and periodic cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed per Coach request.
