Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Uniontown is seeking a friendly server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet Fans, explain menu options, and promote current promotions while ensuring timely service and accurate order delivery.

You will handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards. The role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities within the Primanti Bros. brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service from greeting to final interaction.
• Explains menu, promotions, and answers questions for Fans.
• Upsells and suggests menu items and promotions.
• Accurately takes orders on paper and enters into POS in sequence.
• Delivers orders or follows up to ensure excellent service.
• Maintains table appearance and clears clutter as needed.
• Adheres to alcohol awareness procedures and checks IDs.
• Handles payments following established procedures.
• Keeps station clean and sets tables as required.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies throughout shift.
• Maintains cooperative working climate with team.
