Job summary

Three Oaks Hospitality is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, present menus, and deliver meals and drinks. You will ensure accuracy, handle payments, and assist with dining room tasks to maintain a smooth service flow.

Requirements include a high school diploma, prior server experience is preferred, and completion of the restaurant training course. The role offers competitive pay and tips with flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they are seated and ensure the table is clean and ready.
• Distribute menus and present the daily specials.
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; return incorrect orders to the kitchen.
• Clear plates and reset the table as customers finish.
• Prepare checks and collect payments.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks including cleaning and prep of silverware and condiments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
